Just a few simple things

Please help us by being on time for your appointment. Our scheduling is designed to permit the maximum time needed. For your convenience, we recommend that our guests schedule their next appointments prior to leaving the salon.

As a courtesy to other guests and our therapists, if you need to cancel an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice for spa treatments.
We take great pride in our reputation for quality products. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we will assist you with a prompt exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase with receipt.
We suggest that you check in at the spa reception desk 30 minutes prior to your appointment so that you may relax, shower, and prepare for your treatment. Late arrivals are subject to reduced treatment time.
We take pride in all of the service we provide; that’s why we guarantee all of the work we do. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your service, please call us within seven days of your last appointment and we will be happy to schedule a new appointment at no charge.
As a courtesy to all guests, cellular phones and pagers must be turned off while at the spa.
We recommend that you do not wear jewelry to the spa. We cannot be responsible for lost items.
For safety reasons, children under 15 are only permitted in the spa by appointment.
Leaving gratuities are at the discretion of our guests and are greatly appreciated. Tips cannot be added to credit cards. We do have an ATM on premises for your convenience.
