Health Measures & Cancellation Policy

1 Social distancing

We will observe and promote social distancing of 6 feet apart.

To promote this we have:
  • Limited the occupancy in our salon and spa, with access to some areas (showers in spa and lounge) temporarily closed.
  • Plexiglass barriers have been installed in check in/out, shampoo areas, and manicure and pedicure areas.
  • We will also only be using every other hair station, and every other spa room to give proper time for sanitization.
2 SANITATION

We will observe and promote social distancing of 6 feet apart.

To promote this we have:
  • Our entire salon and spa at all of our locations is sanitized with An Advanced Anti-Microbial technology that provides protection and prohibits the spread of bacteria and viruses.
  • Our salon and spa at all locations have installed Germicidal lamps to destroy bacteria, fungi and viruses (microorganisms) Microorganisms include several distinct groups of disease causing germs (Viruses, Bacteria, Fungi, Algea, and Prtozoa.)
  • Before and after every service surfaces are cleaned with an EPA/Hospital grade disinfectant.
  • Sanitizing and hand washing stations are located through-out the salon and spa.
  • All styling brushes will be used for one guest only then sterilized before next use.
3 FACE COVERINGS AND TEMPERaTURE

We will observe and promote social distancing of 6 feet apart.

To promote this we have:
  • All clients and guests will be required to use our SPEEDFACE face and body temperature upon entering either location.
  • We will continue to monitor and approve all of our sanitization protocols and look forward to seeing you.
4 CANCELLATION POLICY

To allow for these enhanced health and safety measures, please be aware of our new cancellation policy.

To promote this we have:
  • Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the appointment time to avoid being charged a fee.
  • Appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the appointment time will be charged a Late Cancel fee of 50% of the total service price.
  • No Show appointments will be charged 100% of the total service price.
  • Guests who have more than two Late Cancels and/or No Shows will be asked to pre-pay before scheduling future services.
