JA Fall Trends

Fall is finally here! We can now enjoy (without shame) all things pumpkin spice, colorful leaves, sweater weather and, of course… Fall makeup! We went to one of our seasoned makeup artists, Kathleen Davoine, to share the inside scoop & what you can expect to see this Fall:

1. Graphic eyes with black liner and fierce wings – these were ALL OVER the Fall runways
2. Matte red lips – classy, timeless & easy
3. Smokey neutral eyes, lips, and cheeks as seen on the runway – thanks to Tom Ford. This creates a monotone look that is elegant and minimalized
4. Glossy, dewy lips in real skin shades that leave your lips with a “natural” glow
5. Cheeks that have an outdoorsy flush
6. Neon flashes on the eyes are on-trend and eye catching! Line your eyes in your favorite neon pop of color
7. Glitter on the eyelids is another way to add some sparkle and maximize on Fall trends

We can’t forget about the hair! Our stylist, Heather Morrow, knows everything from style, to cuts and even colors that are trending this Fall.

1. Back to the 2000’s! These styles include middle parts, curled under bobs, barrettes, and sleek high half up ponytails
2. Balayage is STILL in but now, go for a softer, warmer or more subtle look by toning down the blonde
3. For everyday cuts we’re seeing a lot of mid to short length shattered bobs, fringy bangs, and mid-length healthy looking layered cuts
4. For day-to-day styling wear, we’re seeing a lot of extensions, soft waves and hair accessories like barrettes and fun bobby pins
