Do you offer beverages?

Yes, we offer complimentary beverages to all salon and spa guests. Includes coffee, cappuccino, herbal tea, white & red wine, champagne & mimosas.

What is your Deposit & Cancellation Policy?

We require a $50 deposit for all Spa & Medspa appointments, that is used towards your total. Appointments must be canceled a minimum of 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged a Late Cancel Fee.

Should I arrive early for my spa appointment?

For services in our Retreat Spa (massages, facials, body treatments) please arrive 30 minutes prior to the start time of your appointment to enjoy a complimentary foot soak.

What amenities does your spa offer?

Our Retreat Spa offers many complimentary amenities including: Locker changing room with spa robes & sandals, showers, essential oil foot soaks, beverages & treats, and our Brine Light Inhalation Room.

Do you offer spa day packages?

We do not offer spa day packages. Our services can be scheduled a la carte to enjoy a customized spa day experience.

What is the Turkish Bath?

Our Turkish Bath is an ornately-tiled, heated room with warm, inviting surfaces to provide the ultimate in comfort, while soft relaxing music provides vibrational nutrition, boosting the immune system functions. Mists of steam float through the room while the Swarovski Crystal Sky invites you to dream. Light therapy, proven to elevate your mood, will dance through the space while you experience one of the following treatments:

What services are best for couples?

We recommend enjoying a customized couples massage or couples facial! The service of your choice will be enjoyed together in a shared room for a more intimate experience.

What is the Soft Pack Float?

Our Soft Pack Float Treatments are pure euphoria, starting with a gentle body exfoliation treatment. Following is a sumptuous wrap treatment and a heavenly float on the soft pack system, in a pressure-free cushion of water. While relaxing, you’ll receive a scalp and facial massage to calm your mind and soothe your spirit.

Which spa services are pregnancy-safe?

We recommend consulting with your physician prior to scheduling, but we do offer quite a few services that are made for expectant mothers. This includes: Traditional Body Scrub, Prenatal Massage, Prenatal Warm Oil Scalp & Body Massage, Signature Facial, Anti-Aging Facial, Dermaplaning Facial, Microdermabrasion Facial, and Rose Quartz Facial
